We had a canny stay, like! The staff were proper friendly, and the breakfast was a feast with loads of tasty choices. The pool area is lush, really makes ya forget you're in the city. Only downside was the noise from a wedding party, but it was sorted quickly. Would visit again!

my recent stay was delightful as I enjoyed an impressive breakfast buffet with so many options. I loved how the hotel was just a short walk from the Ciputra Artpreneur Theater and only about 500 meters from Bellagio Boutique Mall, making it super convenient for my city explorations.

The suite was spacious, with a lovely separate living room, perfect for our family. We particularly enjoyed visiting the Ciputra Artpreneur Center next door, which features contemporary art and an engaging theater. The staff was attentive, making our stay feel truly special.

In my wife’s opinion, having more family-friendly activities would make it even better.

I stayed for 1 night in a Raffles Twin Room. The suite was spacious with twin double beds and a lovely living room. The marble bathroom featured a walk-in shower and an oval bath. Staff service was exceptional and personalized. The outdoor pool created a serene environment. 🌟

The breakfast spread was absolutely banging, showcasing a mix of local flavors and fresh pastries! Plus, the staff were proper helpful, especially Chiki, who made our stay extra memorable. And don’t get me started on the spacious suite – it felt like home away from home!

Just a bit of noise from some kids now and then, but you can't blame the hotel for that! Everything else really shined through!
